Jeff Harlow

Jeff Harlow served as pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Kokomo Indiana for 38 years, which under his leadership grew from less than 60 to a congregation of over 3,000 people. He and his leadership team led the scope of the church’s mission to expand from serving a handful of families to reaching thousands across north central Indiana. He then led the church through a strategic succession plan that put the leadership reins into the hands of the next generation, while the church remained in the full stride in its mission.

You have worked hard for many fruitful years and now sense the time has come for another to lead the church into its next season. Nothing would please you more than to see the church accomplish great things for God! One purposeful contribution in positioning the church for the future is to plan a smooth transition now. Doing so will ensure the investment you made in countless individuals is preserved and will help them to remain focused on fulfilling their mission. The cost of the retreat is $300 per couple.
