Jeff Harlow served as pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Kokomo Indiana for 38 years, which under his leadership grew from less than 60 to a congregation of over 3,000 people. He and his leadership team led the scope of the church's mission to expand from serving a handful of families to reaching thousands across north central Indiana. He then led the church through a strategic succession plan that put the leadership reins into the hands of the next generation, while the church remained in the full stride in its mission.
